AsiaFlux is a regional research network bringing together scientists from universities and institutions in Asia to study the exchanges of carbon dioxide, water vapor, and energy between terrestrial ecosystems and the atmosphere across daily to inter-annual time scales.
JAXA/EORC analyzes observation data acquired by Earth-observing satellites, develop algorithms to derive geophysical parameters and to calibrate and validate satellite data, develop and operate the ground system for Earth-observing satellite data, and try to maintain the quality of the data.
Japan Agency for Marine-Earth Science and Technology (JAMSTEC) has the main objective to contribute to the advancement of academic research in addition to the improvement of marine science and technology by proceeding the fundamental research and development on marine, and the cooperative activities on the academic research related to the Ocean for the benefit of the peace and human welfare.
